Gateway Pulse Hub is the controller for personal data collected through this website and for contact details used to run an engagement. What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, optional engagement type, optional list of payment methods, and the message you write. From email or phone: whatever you choose to send. During an engagement: names and work emails of your nominated contacts, and operational files you export (event logs, webhooks, settlement extracts). We ask you not to include PAN, CVV, or other cardholder data. If such data appears, we will ask you to resend a truncated file and will delete the original copy we received.

Server logs may record an IP address and user agent for security of the static site. Cookie use is described on the cookies page.

Purposes

We use enquiry data to reply and to prepare a quote. We use engagement files solely to perform the named work and to keep a record of what was delivered. We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry contents to advertise third-party services.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months, then deleted, unless a longer period is required to handle a dispute. Findings packs, invoices, and the contact names tied to them are kept for seven years for accounting and professional record. Cookie consent stored in your browser remains until you clear it or choose again.

Your rights

You may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, and deletion where we no longer need the data for the purposes above or for law. You may object to our handling of your enquiry data. Send the request to info@gateway-pulsehub.digital. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case in line with applicable Malaysian personal data law. You may also contact the relevant Malaysian authority that oversees personal data complaints.

International transfers

Our studio is in Malaysia. Email and file transfer may pass through processors whose equipment is outside Malaysia (for example a mail host). Where that happens, we use providers who contract to protect the data and we limit what we send to what the engagement requires. We do not upload your settlement files to public generative systems.

Children

This site is intended for people who can commission professional work. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
