Daniel Teoh reads the window you nominate against logs, webhooks, and a settlement slice. The write-up names the hop, the clock, or the join key that failed. Three days is enough when logs exist; five days if we must reconstruct from incomplete webhook retries.
A note on timing
If you have already shipped a guess, say so. We will still reconstruct the original week. We will not pretend the guess did not happen. One client wished the pack had arrived before they rolled a change; the reconstruction remained useful, the calendar did not wait.
