Hands-on setup

Payment funnel instrumentation

We sit with your checkout and name the events that should fire on card, FPX, and e-wallet paths so a drop-off can be blamed on a real gateway step.

Scoped by payment methods in live useQuoted after an event inventory

Instrumentation is the hands-on sibling of the audit. Some teams already know the events are wrong and want them named before another Friday argument. We sit with the checkout — card, FPX, e-wallet — and specify what should fire at each hop, including timeouts and retries.

What you receive

An event dictionary tied to screens and callbacks, plus a short implementation note for whoever will place the events. We can review a staging build after your team has placed them; we do not ship application code.

How it is scoped

Price follows the number of live payment methods and whether 3-D Secure, FPX bank selection, and wallet hops are all in production. After a brief inventory we quote. Duration is usually two to three weeks of calendar time, with working sessions clustered rather than daily stand-ups.

What we will not do

We will not invent a second analytics stack or ask you to replace a gateway. The job is to make the current path speak clearly so conversion tracking for the payment-enabled app stops double-counting and under-counting.
